Lowland, but full-bodied, with a floral and very grassy character Marketed as 'The Edinburgh Malt' the Glenkinchie distillery is located in Pencaitland, only 14 miles from Edinburgh and the closest remaining distillery to Scotland's capital.

For those visiting Edinburgh, the visitor centre at Glenkinchie is a pleasant drive away from the city and houses a wonderful model of a distillery made for the the Empire Exhibition in London in 1925.
